Aim: To contribute to sustainable communication processes in development activities.
Approach: Initiates and conducts research; offers education and training; provides information to contribute to the communication for social change debate.

Community Media Association (CMA) UK
Founded in 1983, the CMA is a non-profit making organization, supporting Community Radio and Television and community-based Internet projects. It represents Community Media to Government, industry and regulatory bodies. Membership currently exceeds 600, bringing together established organizations, aspirant groups and individuals within the sector. The CMA provides a range of advice, information and consultancy, offering support to anyone with an interest in the sector.

Community Media Network(CMN) Ireland

CMN is a 32 county, not for profit organisation embracing all forms of media. Community Media Network facilitates those using different media to support progressive development and social justice.It brings together groups and individuals involved in Community Video and Community Television, Community Radio, Photography, Alternative Print, New Media/Web. CMN has evolved from Community Video Network, to promote the common aims and interests of all such media groups.

Approach: Hosts a Web site to report activities and writing in support of the radical-Autonomous Movement.

Radio NetherlandsThe Netherlands
Independent international radio station based in Amsterdam.
Aim: To provide relevant programming and design the best balance of radio, television and Internet programming to be effective.
Approach: Broadcasts radio programs and publishes Internet pages in six languages over its own facilities: Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian and Papiamento; also supplies stations in Africa with radio programming via satellite in French.

Aim: To develop technological applications for the cultural and social expression of groups and individuals.
Approach: Designers, software engineers, artists and scientists work together closely within the Society for Old and New Media, and for projects, collaboration is sought with partners in the social sector, the educational field and trade and industry.

Proboscis, Pioneers of Pie in the Sky likes to make mischief. Zalea TV invites citizens, non profit organizations, independent producers, directors, videasts, hitherto ignored or ill represented by these media, to use its -editorialized- public access.
